Concept: Our client acquired a 3000-square-foot home with immense potential, yet it required a significant overhaul to align with their vision. Entrusted with the task, we embarked on a complete interior redesign, starting with a blank canvas as we stripped the space down to its core. Beginning with the heart of the home, the kitchen, we reimagined its layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. The outdated configuration was replaced with a sleek new design featuring a spacious 10-foot island, seamlessly integrated into the open-plan living area. Utilizing a blend of black and white oak, coupled with minimalist flat slab cabinetry, we achieved a contemporary look accentuated by touches of white in the faucet and appliance handles.
Transitioning to the living room, we enhanced the flow by removing a structural wall, allowing for uninterrupted movement throughout the space. A bespoke black stone fireplace became the focal point, flanked by full-height cabinetry adorned with textured grasscloth wallpaper and a striking brass sconce. Throughout the main floor, a palette of fresh off-white walls contrasted with deep grey silky sheers, creating a modern backdrop for the meticulously curated furnishings and artwork.
On the second level, the primary bedroom exudes a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere, featuring a partially tiled headboard wall with fluted wood detailing above. Integrated LED lighting between the wall treatments adds to the ambiance, enhancing the room's moody allure. This vibe seamlessly extends into the ensuite, where large textured tiles in a deep green hue, paired with brushed nickel fixtures, create a serene retreat that perfectly complements the bedroom's aesthetic.
