SUMMERHILL CONDO

Concept: The Summerhill Condo renovation was designed as a refined retreat for homeowners who love to entertain. Set high above a leafy ravine, the residence takes full advantage of its natural surroundings while offering a highly functional, thoughtfully planned interior. Studio P was brought in to reimagine the spatial layout, creating a sense of openness without compromising definition between living, dining, and kitchen areas. Clever storage solutions are seamlessly integrated to keep the home feeling airy and uncluttered, while well-defined zones establish a natural rhythm for both daily living and hosting.
One of our favourite design details is the custom floating banquette positioned along the windows which maximizes seating but also frames the serene treetop views. This design detail transforms a simple dining nook into a destination within the home, perfect for gathering friends and family.
To inject character and vibrancy, we curated an expressive palette of colours, layering rich purples, blues, terracottas, dusty pinks and minty greens through textiles and materials. These hues bring depth and personality to the interiors, balancing sophistication with playful energy. Carefully chosen materials and textures further elevate the space, creating subtle contrasts that feel both contemporary and interesting.
The result is a condo that balances modern luxury with warmth and ease, offering the homeowners a stylish retreat that feels equally suited for intimate everyday living as it does for lively entertaining.
